Seeking Ag Day volunteers, presenters, and educators!!

Franklin County Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking volunteers, presenters, and educators to set up fun agriculture booths to display and help educate children of grades 2nd and 4th for the 2023 year and their chaperones. I would like to have new activity-touch stations where children can have firsthand educational fun. After years of successful Ag Day, the loss of this fun while learning day, would be a tragedy to generations of young people. Your help with this project is critical towards the survival of Ag Day and I implore you for your efforts and challenging work! Without the help of volunteers Ag Day could not continue. Please reach out to me with details about who you are, the theme of your station, a brief description of your presentation as well as a list of any volunteers you may bring. If you or if someone that you know could help us with this, please give me a call (207)778-4279 or email me. franklincswcd@yahoo.com
